Breyer Traditional Tiz the Law Thoroughbred
A successful racehorse is a mix of breeding, training, and magic. On the track, Tiz showed speed and charm. Sackatoga Stable owns the thoroughbred Tiz the Law, which is a cross between Constitution and Tizfiz. With the help of famous trainer Barclay Tagg and jockey Manny Franco, the 2017 stallion made $2.74 million over the course of his career.
He won the Florida Stakes, the Belmont Stakes, and the Travers Stakes. He also finished second in the Kentucky Derby and sixth in the Breeders’ Cup to end his three-year-old season.
On the advice of a vet, he stopped racing in December 2020. On January 1, 2021, he arrived at Ashford Stud in Kentucky to start his new life as a breeding stallion.
